Cancellation Policy
To make changes to a reservation you must call us at 541-382-8223 and speak to a resort ambassador. Once the cancellation is processed in the system you will receive an email to the address on file with the changes requested and updated invoice information.
30 days or more prior to arrival – $25 cancellation fee
29-3 days prior to arrival – deposit that was paid when reservation was booked is forfeited
Less than 48 hrs prior to arrival – deposit that was paid when reservation was booked is forfeited, the remaining amount will be put into a guest credit that must be used within 365 days from the date the credit was issued
Reservation Changes
To make changes to a reservation you must call us at 541-382-8223 and speak to a resort ambassador. Once the changes are processed in the system you will receive an email to the address on file with the changes requested and updated invoice information.
More than 48 hrs from check in – you may change your reservation details, such as arrival/departure dates or other particulars to your reservation without incurring any change fees, subject to availability. Guests are responsible for rate changes based on dates of stay. If the desired dates are not available and you choose to cancel, the cancellation fees stated in our cancellation policy still apply.
Less than 48 hrs from check-in – you may change your reservation details, such as arrival/departure dates or other particulars to your reservation. However, any of the changes that result in shortening the original length of stay will result in a one night cancellation fee, remaining amounts will be put into a guest credit that must be used within 365 days from the date the credit was issued.
